The Fresh Forces Game Studio is part of Frisse Blikken Ondernemen met talent B.V. Frisse Blikken is ISO 27001 certified.

Data Processing Agreement:

An example of a DPA can be downloaded here. Note: each game has a specific DPA describing data usage, processing and subprocessor for that specific product. Signing this specific DPA is part of the License Agreement.

Data Subprocessors:

Frisse Blikken makes use of the following data subprocessors. The kind of data processing is described in detail in a specific data processing agreement which is part of your licence agreement. Below is a list of our data subprocessors and a reference to their technical and organisational measures to comply with information security standards.

• Cloudways: Hosting & storage (managed hosting party using Google Cloud Platforms which are located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Link to Cloudways DPA
• WP Engine: Hosting & storage (managed hosting party using Google Cloud Platforms which are located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Link to WP Engine DPA.
• Born Digital PTPMA: Game Development and maintenance activities (development team Frisse Blikken. Full subsidiary (dochteronderneming) off Frisse Blikken OMT B.V.) Security measures are described above.
• Mailjet: authentication party for sending e-mails within the game application. Link to Mailjet DPA.
